One of the two downtown Borders Books & Music in Washington DC is closing and they are having a sale.

The Borders on 14th Street and F Street, NW (just east of the White House) is closing and currently having a 30% off sale. I’m not yet certain how long they’ll be open for, but based on some signage it may be just until the middle or end of August.

Even the fixtures are also for sale and many of them are made very nice, very sturdy wood. So you if  you are in retail yourself or have a church that needs some tables or bookcases, you should give the manager a call ASAP.

As for everyone else, it might be a good time to stop by and do some early holiday shopping!
